Adverb arti (now) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

3: 15But Jesus answered him, "Let it be so now (arti); for it is proper for us in this way to fulfill all righteousness." Then he consented.
9: 18While he was saying these things to them, suddenly a leader of the synagogue came in and knelt before him, saying, "My daughter has just now (arti) died; but come and lay your hand on her, and she will live."
11: 12From the days of John the Baptist until now (arti) the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.
23: 39For I tell you, from now (arti) on you will not see me until you say, 'Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.'"
26: 29I tell you, from now (arti) on I will not drink of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom."
