Adverb ekeithen (from there) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

4: 21As he went from there (ekeithen), he saw two other brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother John, in the boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets, and he called them.
5: 26Truly I tell you, you will never get out from there (ekeithen) until you have paid the last penny.
9: 9As Jesus was walking along from there (ekeithen), he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax booth; and he said to him, "Follow me." And he got up and followed him.
