Verb ekzēteō (to require) in the Gospels-Acts

Luke

11: 50That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required (ekzēteō) of this generation;
11: 51From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required (ekzēteō) of this generation.

Acts

15: 17so that all other peoples may require (ekzēteō) the Lord - even all the Gentiles over whom my name has been called. Thus says the Lord, who has been making these things
