Matthew

5: 25Come to terms quickly with your accuser while you are on the way to court with him, or your accuser may hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the guard (hypēretēs), and you will be thrown into prison.
26: 58But Peter was following him at a distance, as far as the courtyard of the high priest; and going inside, he sat with the guards (hypēretēs) in order to see how this would end.

Mark

14: 54Peter had followed him at a distance, right into the courtyard of the high priest; and he was sitting with the guards (hypēretēs), warming himself at the fire.
14: 65Some began to spit on him, to blindfold him, and to strike him, saying to him, "Prophesy!" The guards (hypēretēs) also took him over and beat him.

Luke

Acts
