Noun misthōtos (hired man) in the Gospels-Acts

Mark

1: 20Immediately he called them; and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men (misthōtos), and followed him.

John

10: 12The hired man (misthōtos), who is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and runs away - and the wolf snatches them and scatters them.
10: 13The hired man (misthōtos) runs away because a hired hand does not care for the sheep.
