Matthew
| 13: 7 | Other seeds fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked (pnigō) them. |
| 18: 28 | But that same slave, as he went out, came upon one of his fellow slaves who owed him a hundred denarii; and seizing him, he was choking (pnigō) him, saying, 'Pay what you owe.' |

| 5: 13 | So he gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered the swine; and the herd, numbering about two thousand, rushed down the steep bank into the sea, and were drowned (pnigō) in the sea. |
