Noun Samaritis (Samaritan woman or country) in the Bible

(Translation from NRSV for the New Testament and Brenton for the Septuagint)

John

4: 9The Samaritan (Samaritis) woman said to him, "How is it that you, a Jew, ask a drink of me, a Samaritan (Samaritis) woman?" (Jews do not share things in common with Samaritans.)

1 Maccabees

10: 30and from that which appertaineth unto me to receive for the third part of the seed, and the half of the fruit of the trees, I release it from this day forth, so that they shall not be taken of the land of Juda, nor of the three governments which are added thereunto out of the country of Samaria (Samaritis) and Galilee, from this day forth for evermore.
11: 28Then Jonathan desired the king, that he would make Judea free from tribute, as also the three governments, with the country of Samaria (Samaritis); and he promised him three hundred talents.
11: 34Wherefore we have ratified unto them the borders of Judea, with the three governments of Apherema and Lydda and Ramathem, that are added unto Judea from the country of Samaria (Samaritis), and all things appertaining unto them, for all such as do sacrifice in Jerusalem, instead of the payments which the king received of them yearly aforetime out of the fruits of the earth and of trees.
