Verb syzēteō (to discuss) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)

Mark

1: 27They were all amazed, and they kept on discussing (syzēteō) with one another, "What is this? A new teaching - with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him."
8: 11The Pharisees came and began to discuss (syzēteō) with him, asking him for a sign from heaven, to test him.
9: 10So they kept the matter to themselves, discussing (syzēteō) what this rising from the dead could mean.
9: 14When they came to the disciples, they saw a great crowd around them, and some scribes discussing (syzēteō) with them.
9: 16He asked them, "What are you discussing (syzēteō) with them?"
